Question Component for an electric vehicle from Taiwan needed ?

We have a fairly new electric vehicle for a disabled person that stopped working shortly after the warranty expired. The new boards would cost €800 in Europe.
Please provide a reference to a hardware forum in Taiwan where such components are offered used ?
The vehicle is an Invacare Orion Pro 4W (build 2017) from Chien Ti Enterprise Co., Ltd.
