Would appreciate if anyone could check the compatibility of my updated gaming/streaming PC build. With the new “Fantastech” Sale on Newegg, I tried to pick my parts based on the deals:

I highly recommend checking out the new deals on Newegg if you’re looking for new PC components!

Solution
Appears to be compatible, but you might want to consults the QVL for that motherboard to see if the Team memory kit appears on it.

Some general comment though:
1. The 212 EVO is pretty dated at this point. Outperformed by the Croyrig H7 (although no RGB) or the H7 quad-lumi (although starts getting pricey for what is ,essentially, a budget cooler)
2. 120GB SSDs fill up fast. You'll spend a lot of time managing storage. If possible, shoot for a minimum 240GB.

Yes, motherboard and memory are compatible. I was only intending to put OS and a few other apps while keeping games on the HDD. Even if that's the case, would you still recommend the 240GB?

YEs, even then.

Even with the best of intentions, a 120GB SSD will fill up fast unless you spend a decent amount of time managing storage - an occassional program installed to the SSD rather than the HDD, some Windows updates etc. All add up.

240GB gives you much more breathing room - more of a set it & forget it kind of setup (for the most part, routine cleanup still a good idea).

I'll definitely spend a bit more for the 240GB then, thank you!
