Components Compatibility in a PC

Look i wanted to ask once a time ago someone told me that the RAM especially an some other parts must match the motherboards frequency as the motherboard.Now,can someone tell me which parts are they?The processor the HDD or the Graphic Card?Best Regards!!!

i don't understand what you are trying to say.
Anyway, you could look up what ram is supported on the motherboard's manufacturer's website.
Or, if you could list all of your components, I could do it for you.
