Hello, I'm planning (MAYBE) to buy a new system and I need a confirmation for the following components:

MOTHERBOARD: ASRock 960GM-GS3FX, socket AM3+ = 53$
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965, 3400MHz, socket AM3, Black Edition = 128$
GPU: Asus AMD Radeon HD 7770, 1024MB, GDDR5 = 180$
RAM: 2x Kingston 4GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM HyperX Blu. = 60$
PSU: Inter-Tech Energon 650W = 53$
Case: Floston Genesis = 28$
CPU Cooler: Deepcool Iceedge 200TE(??? = doubts) = 20$

I currently have a 21 inches monitor running games at 1680x1050 max resolution.

The final price: 525$
Can I run new games like BF3 or Far Cry 3 with 60+fps on medium - high settings without many problems?

Even the CPU Cooler? I suspect it may be too weak for the Phenom, but I'm not sure so that's why I'm asking.
