Hi guys.

I hope to find you at a good time.

I just bought a new PC and I had to choose all the components myself.
I'm a guy who works on the software side, so I know the bare minimum when it comes to hardware.

That's why I would like your opinion about the components I have chosen, as I still have time to change some components.

I would like to know if there may be incompatibility between some of the components, or if any of them is unreliable and you do not recommend it.

Regards and thanks for your time.

i have never run across this manufacturer through many years of working with computers & their hardware.

where did you purchase it?
and please include a link to the manufacturer product page.
Hey, I've updated the previous post with all the links.
It's form a popular hardware's page here in Spain (PCcomponentes).

From what I've read Forgeon is a Corsair rebrand, at least on the 80+ Gold certified power supplies from 750W upwards.

The motherboard stands out as being weak for that CPU. Or the rest of the build. I would want something better.

For example it's like picking 8Gb or RAM or a 450w PSU. It's not enough.

What is the purpose of this PC?

If you must have an Asus motherboard, take this: https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z790-h-gaming-wifi-model/

But a better choice would be this Gigabyte: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z790-AORUS-ELITE-X-WIFI7

A little bit more affordable choice would be the AsRock Riptide: https://pg.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z790 Riptide WiFi/index.asp

The 14700K/KF is a very potent CPU. Much moreso than the previous gen 13700K/KF. Consider it because the i9 14900KF is probably overkill, esp. if motherboards are "intelligently" overclocking it and overdoing it.

I'd save a bit by buying the 14700K and upgrade to the Aorus Elite X WiFi7. But that's me.

If you are buying a different motherboard, check it's QVL/memory support. Be sure they support your speedy 64Gb Corsair.

Overall, it's nearly a fantastic build. Probably a little overkill but no major mistakes. Only thing i don't like is the Asus Prime board in there. It's expensive enough but not good enough. :)

Just gaming.
And maybe some 3d renders. (not big thing)

Thanks for your advice mate.
I have changed these two components:

Mother board - Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE X WIFI7
PSU - Corsair RMe Series RM1000e 1000W 80 Plus Gold Modular

Is this the Corsair?
https://www.pccomponentes.com/corsair-rme-series-rm1000e-1000w-80-plus-gold-modular

Here are some other choices:
https://www.pccomponentes.com/thermaltake-toughpower-pf3-1050w-80-plus-platinum-full-modular
https://www.pcbox.com/vertex-gx-1000-seasonic--vertex-gx-1000-1000w-13-5-cm-80-plus-goldmodular/p

The Corsair or Forgeon rebrand have enough watts and the quality is good. The three alternatives are more expensive but very high quality.
