Components required to run a game?

So today I installed Assassin Creed Chronicles Russia but to my surprise it's not running saying 3 things missing I don't remember specific which 3 things it said but I do have a foggy idea of something as dx11 dx9 and d3d

Then I installed another game and the same problem then I remembered to see in the installed tab and it has c++ installed so what I need more plz help as I'm pretty neophyte

where did you bought the games from? sound like it install incorrectly, try reinstalling it.
