Components to run Star Citizen Max settings with 4K resolution?

What components will be able to run Star Citizen ultra settings at a 4K OR 2k Resolution? Are these okay?

FX 8350 8 CORE CPU 4 GHz
R9 290 Vapor-X 4GB GDDR5 memory (1050MHz)
Asus Sabertooth 990FX
Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM 16'000 MHz
Corsair CX750 watt PSU
1TB HDD
Windows 8.1
All inside the NZXT H630!

Really want to run Star Citizen well (atleast 50fps on Ultra at a higher res.) and so I really dont want decent main specs and then a crappy GPU, as I'm sure you'll understand. Also if you could name any sites like Dabs, Newegg or scan to supply these components cheaply or even another alternative to the GPU there that would be great! Thanks again!

1) The game isn't released yet so hard to say... it's going to SCALE well but on max settings should spank just about any high-end gaming system and send it crying home to mommy.

The GRAPHICS is probably going to be the weak link for most systems if you've been reading much about the development. Having said that, it's probably going to be like CRYSIS 3 where the game looks great on a GTX770 and only slightly better with a GTX780Ti.

2) 4K gaming is actually quite pointless. You get almost exactly HALF the frame rate that you do at 2560x1440 and it looks almost identical.

If you have a 4K monitor you can still drop the resolution, but if buying I recommend a 2560x1440 monitor. You can buy a good one for about $500.

3) If you're still choosing parts, I strongly recommend building around the following core components:
a) CPU: i7-4970K (or i5-4690K), and
b) Z97 1150 motherboard

The FX-8350 is a bottleneck for many games and while it competes with the i5-4670K in BF4 and a couple other games it loses everywhere else, up to 40% at times. The above Devil's Canyon Haswell refresh CPU's will not only perform very well but also generate far less HEAT (over 100Watts less under load).

Summary:
As I said, the game is going to SCALE quite well and considering the nature of the game, then space battles would likely look really great even on a low-end system.

As a general update to this thread I think I will choose 2k instead of 4k but I'm still leaning towards the 8350 A's the cryengine takes advantage of the cores more efficiently and so a quad core i7 wouldn't be as good as the 8350 but I'm not saying the i7 is bad but seeing as its cheaper and will according to rsi get better fps. There is also mantle coming into star citizen so another reason to go for it. My budget is around £900 in sterling, I'm not sure how much that is in dollars but I only really wanted to know if these specs can run the game at ultra settings on a 2k or 4k resolution.
