Are there any sound cards that support a composite stereo jack any more? I have been running my audio through two stereo jacks converted into a single RCA jack.

No, but you can buy adapter cords at radio shack or electronics supply

Are you just talking about red/white RCA outs? The Asus Essence STX has stereo RCA outs.
