Composite Video-in Port

I would appreciate your help in locating alternative products
in the following two classes:
(a)Notebook computers (PC or Mac) that have ports for COMPOSITE video-in/-out;
(b) TV set-top boxes that offer internet access COMBINED with cable-ready tuner (for TV/VCR without S-band & Hyper-band).

I don't konw of a notebook with composite video in yet.
the next best thing would be something like a video-in adapter for the USB port. there are some on the market for around $100. I haven't used one yet but I think the resolution they support is not the highest.
for composite video out the situation is much better. most notebooks today that use the ATI Rage chips have a composite video out.
