Comprehensive Cooling Systems

I would like to suggest that we need a comprehensive cooling system. CPUs need better cooling and now Nvidia GPUs need cooling. We need a rock solid bullet-proof system for cooling both components in the same cabinet that can be purchased as part of the build. I am thinking that it must needs be liquid cooling, if so, Manufacturers of GPUs need to build standard interfaces on their cards for liquid cooling systems. Motherboard manufacturers need to allow a clear preferred way to attach some form of water cooling to the CPU. Is there something already made that interfaces with both CPUs and GPUs that will keep the system cool?

EK came out with these kits last year. They seem to be what you're describing.
