Compressed air can blowing out water?

So i thought someone in here would know what the problem is. So i wanted to clean my computer out of dust, and i bought a compressed air can, got home and the pipe thats suppose to go in the end doesnt slot in, so ive got to hold it in place, when i tested the can (thank god i did) it blew water out. Does anyone know whats causing this cos i cant use this on my system. Ive also given the can a good shake.

Read instructions on the can, some have to be held upside down. Also try to insert tha pipe, without it it will not have enough pressure to clean dust properly.

Those cans don't actually contain compressed air. They contain a liquid that becomes a gas when the pressure is decreased by opening the valve.

It seems you have purchased a defective product. Return it.

so turning the can upside down stops the moisture not that it says that anywhere on the can but the pipe still wont go in
