Compressed bootmanager for windows 7 what to do?

i have check compress from drive c and now can not open the computer? screen says
bootmgr is compressed:
CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart?
What can i do to fix this problem?

Try to boot from the Win 7 DVD and perform a startup repair to restore the bootloader.
