compressor/tec combination cooling

Ok, if you use a freezer compressor is it possible to run the coolant through normal water cooling system loop with little modification? keep in mind that my question is more of a matter of pressure exerted on said "water blocks" and tubing the temperature will stay above 0 degrees F adhesives can be used to join low temp conectors. The extreme overclock would be derived from a high performance TEC to reach into the negatives. (power is not an issue either)

So what are you trying to do? it sounds like you want to use a freezer compressor to cool a TEC? and have the TEC cold side cool the CPU? could I have some details?
