Compromised images on SD card

My sister has been editing some family pictures for me. She saved and tried to open them this morning, but the computer says the images are compromised and cannot be opened. She has tried them on 2 computers and her phone. Please Help

Check the pictures on the computer they were on, if they work there OK, copy them back to the SD card. If the only copy was on the SD card, and they were saved under the same name as the originals, yet don't open anywhere, nothing you can do.

Thank you for your answer. She said that she did not save them to her computer, she saved them back to the card???
