Compter keeps freezig or resetting

hi i have a problem my computer rig keeps shutting down freezing or resetting at random intervals or when i run a system rating when it gets to checking cpu performance just wondered if anyone had any input system specs re as follows


GIGABYTE Motherboard GA-Z68X-UD3-B​3
I5 3330 processor
KINGSTON 8Gb (4 x 2Gb ) DDR3 1333Mhz MEMORY
Windows 7 ultimate 64bit ed
160 gig windows hard drive
500gb games
250gb other

Have you run a 'cleanup' program to rid your system of junk files, resource wasting garbage, and registry errors lately? Run CCleaner (Clean and Registry) and see if that helps any. May have to run more than one pass.

Another thing to check, is how much stuff is running in the background that you can eliminate. Some pgms/apps can interfere with each other. Check 'system configuration/startup'.

Does it only crash when you run the system rating?

no it crashes every time i turn it on from turn off over night and i t dose it 3 times befor system is stable
