Question Computer adapter compatibility question

Hello, so I have a Lenovo desktop that uses an adapter like a laptop (first time seeing this). The problem is that the adapter died. I found a new one, but its slightly different, and so I would like to ask if it would be a good choice?
Current (dead) adapter: ADLX65NCC3A
The adapter I found: Greencell AD38A / PA115 20V/3.25A

Hey, kinda yes. They do look a little bit different tho.
I have compared V, W, and A, as that is all I know to look at, and they both seem to have the same. Also the plug is the same shape.
