Computer always on standby

Hey.

So my computer just stays on standby everytime I turn it on. The fans keep working, but nothing happens on the screen.

I have a mouse that goes white when the computer goes on standby mode, and that is what happening. It should be red, but instead it's white. I had google remote desktop to open on the computer startup, I tried to connect to it with my phone but it says the computer is offline too.

I though it was a PSU issue, because I've literally tested all the other things by working ones, and it still didn't worked, so today I bought a new PSU and it still doesn't work, same thing happens. I find this really odd..

What should I do? Can I do anything else?

Can you please pass on your full systems specs inclusive of your case and OS? How long have you been experiencing this issue? Can you access BIOS prior to it going into standby mode? It could be possible that the culprit is your OS provided you can get into BIOS and change settings.
