My TCL series 6 is plugged into my Dell 5676. It is suffering from popping and screen flickering/ static images. I am at a complete loss at what is happening. I thought this maybe due to a weak graphics card, so I bought a xfx RX 580 Black edition, the issue still persisted. I then thought that maybe the system needed more than a 460 watt psu, so I upgraded that and it still persists. I am at a loss at what the issue could be.
