I made sure all the cords coming out of the PSU are properly plugged in, and the outer plugs are also fine.

Solution J J JAYnine Mar 23, 2016 Try reseting CMOS, by removing and inserting again the battery on the motherboard! Be sure to unplug the power supply from wall!
