Computer/Arma 3 advice

Just need to know if this computer would be able to run Arma 3 on ultra and steadily get 60 fps. It's through best buy because it's Store Credit. So far this is the best I could fine but I'm open to other suggestions. $1300 budget if you are so inclined.

Yes, Skylake i7 + GTX 970 is a beast PC - will run just anything you want maxed out at 1080p.
