Computer ask for a pass word now vista

Hello,my computer was running slow i decided to do a full vista cd restore,and after its asking for a password admins and other i never set this up so is the computer trash now.

If you did a factory restore, the vendor of the PC can help you out. I have not seen a restore disk that sets an account with a password, unless that is documented in the manual.

Also, if you take it to a repair shop, they can usually reset it quickly. I've got a rescue cd that lets me clear a password in 5-10 minutes. But mostly, the restore cds should not create a password.
