Hi everyone, I'm troubleshooting for a client and this is the current problem; The PC is restarting automatically after playing games specifically, benchmarks such as Furmark, Prime95 and Heaven did not cause a restart even tho we tried to push the system to its limits. The games we tested on are quite "demanding" and unoptimized properly, i.e: Apex Legends and Call of Duty: MW. Most crashes seem to happen mostly mid game.
Things we've tried apart from stress testing:
Changing RAM slots
Removing RAM sticks
Uninstalling graphic drivers and reinstalling
From what I found on Tom's hardware it said it might be a Power supply issue as the stats from stress tests seem just fine. Any advice would be appreciated before I tell the customer to buy a replacement PSU. Thanks in advance
