Computer automaticly boots into bios but bios shows nothing and reboots cant boot into windows

I turned off my computer one night and then when I went to turn it on again this morning it boots up into gigabyte UEfi duelboot bios but the screen is blank and then it reboots and seems to be stuck doing that. it does not boot into windows and the keyboard and mouse are not working

Motherboard: gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2
cpu: AMD FM2 A8 6600K Quad Core
GPU: GTX 750 TI 2GB
RAM: 8 GB DDR3

Can you go into the BIOS if you press DEL or F2 (depends on your motherboard)? If not then try clearing CMOS.

I can not enter bios as it boots up straight on to that blue screen and then reboots back on to it, I have tried clearing CMOS but it does not work

Try reseating the RAM, if it doesn't work then try reseating CPU. If none of those work then I'd guess the motherboard is dead.

^^^What he said. Sounds like the reset switch is SHORTED. I'd disconnect it from the system, and try again.
