Question Computer Basically Frozen

I can’t connect to websites. I can’t open my file explorer. I can’t open any application for the most part. I am in task manager and i’m not seeing anything that looks weird but i’m sure there is something since this is very abnormal. my computer is by no means a slow computer but just an hour ago it started acting extremely slow and i can’t do anything, my keyboard is broken as well so i can’t go into my bios. my Disk usage is consistently staying at 50% and won’t move at all in task manager, cpu 0-1%, memory 11-20%, network and gpu are 0%. What do I do?
