So I took my computer to get it formatted to a computer guy (I kept having BSODs and I didn't know how to fix it) and when I got it back its performance dropped from super fast to God awful slow. I can have multiple programs open before I got my computer formatted, for example: Dota 2,Steam,Chrome,iTunes. My computer was still very fast even though I had many things open at the same time. I searched online and updated all my drivers but it didn't solve the performance issue I was having. Can anyone help?

Well, if that is the case, then I would recommend buying anther 2GB stick of ram. Going from 4GB to 2GB is probably what slowed it down quite a bit. Make sure it is identical to the one in there already.
Did you get the drivers from the actual motherboard and video card vendors or just from Windows Update? Do you have the video cable in the right place? Listing your computer specs would help also.

Is your OS and the rest of the hardware the same as it was? Maybe the tech removed some RAM or changed hardware in the system.

Yes, I got the drivers from the vendors and I also have the video cable in the right place. They removed a memory card because they said it was corrupt.
AMD A4 3300 APU 2.50 GHz
AMD Radeon 6410D
2GB RAM
Windows 7 64bit
