Computer beeping; ethernet port?

My computer is beeping. When I unplug the Ethernet cable the beeping stops, and when I plug it back in the beeping continues. The beeping seems spontaneous. Sometimes it will beep and sometimes it will be quiet.

Try loading the lan driver. Get the newest drivers from the manufacturer's web site.
