Computer beeping issue

When i start my computer it doesn't boot and beeps continuously for 5 seconds and then beeping restarts. I have also removed my GPU but the problem is same. My mobo is G41MT-S2P and core 2 duo e8400 processor with 2x2gb ram. Please help.I could usb boot ubuntu by removing my hdd. However it worked only one time. Next time the problem came back even without hdd.

Wish i could add audio. Beeps are continuously for 5 second beeping almost 30-35 times before pausing and repeating. I could boot ubuntu with older ram and i have not tried new ram. My new ram is almost a year old and another is almost 4 years old. Is this sign of mobo failure, ram failure or something else.
I rearranged my both ram and then it worked normally. But when i shutdown and restarted the problem was back

I suspect you are having some sort of RAM problem, possibly motherboard.

Nothing lasts forever, perhaps it's time for a new system.

As i replace both RAM system worked normally for one time. What does it mean? Faulty mobo or RAM. Do i really need a new system? If yes how abou purchasing pentium g5400 and 250gb ssd along with my existing GT 1030
