When i tried to shut it down it froze at "Logging off". I shut it down with the power button after about 10 minutes of it being frozen. And then try to turn it on, no display pops up and it just beeps rapidly about 28-30 times then it shuts down and comes back on and does the same thing.

Specs:

Gigabyte Motherboard (Either AMI or Award BIOS)
Intel i5 core 3.4 Ghz
Intel HD Graphics 4600
RAM: 8GB
Had about 30-40 GB of hard drive space at the time.
There was RAM available too.

Can you verify the board so we know what BIOS?
Check out the link, problem might be here.

What you're hearing is the error debug speaker, basically when your PC posts, something didn't qualify as functional or isn't there so it lets you know. It can range from an overheating CPU to no RAM installed to a video card

It is GA-H97M-HD3 UEFI DualBIOS USB 3.0

I tried booting again, and it booted up fine. I think it was overheating. Thanks Justicinacan
