Computer beeps rapidly with new ram!

Hi, why does my computer beeps very fast when I install a new Kingston Ram? while the old one is working fine? Is my motherboard out of date?
My motherboard: GA-EP43T-UD3LL http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3111#ov

Do I need to flash a new bios? Or the new Kingston sticks aren't compatible?

Make sure the speed of ur rams isn't over 1600mhz
Try to remove the motherboard battery, leave it out for about 10 mins and pull it back, check if the problem still exist

probably not compatible. make sure you are putting them in the same colour slots. try putting the new one in by itself first to see if it works, then add the old one. try different combinations of slots, also make sure to seat the RAM firmly.

If the new stick is the HyperX FURY series, then it does not compatible to the old version MB, it only can use on intel 6, 7, 8, 9 and 100 series chipsets, the HyperX FURY spec. http://media.kingston.com/pdfs/HyperX_FURY_DDR3_US.pdf

Guys! Mates! Ladies! My motherboard is working great and the old Ram is working nicely but whenever I put the new Kingston that looks ridiculously small, my pc starts beeping, I tried this Ram on my brother tower and it works like a charm! So does that means my motherboard isn't compatible?

The P43 is an older socket 775 mobo, they are not compatible with todays newer lines of DRAM that all use the high density memory chips, Kingston no longer makes and low density based sticks. Might want to look at the origianl GSkill Ripjaws or their NT line of value DRAM, both use the lower density memory ICs
