Computer black screen for about 1-2 sec and alt tab back to game.

While playing games, my computer will go into black screen randomly for 1 to 2 seconds.
No background sounds was observed and the game was computer fan was all running fine.

Anybody faced the same issue?

B350 MB. + Rayzen 7 1600
Gigabyte G1 gaming GTX 1070
650Watt PS.

When it happens do a quick CTRL SHIFT ESCAPE to pull up the task manager to see if any other program is going things in the background.
