Computer black screen help

I turn on my computer and all that comes up is a plain black screen with no windows logo or bios. Everything is powered as far as I can see but my fans are spinning at lower rpms than usual. I tried unplugging the psu, video card, 24 pin connector, 4 pin connector and front io headers. I've turned off the computer using the power button about 4 times now and nothing has helped. My specs are below

AMD Fx 4350
Sapphire Radeon R9 270 Dual-X
Solid Gear SDGR-600BX
MSI 970A-G43
2x2gb of Kingston HyperX Blue Ram 1333mhz
WD Caviar Blue 1tb (Boot Drive) 7200rpm
Seagate Barracuda 360gb 7200rpm

I have the Problem too. Try Reinstalling your Internal Hardware.

All of it? (Video card, cpu, ram) Did you fix it that way?

Can't Solve. Mine's has a 5% Chance of Working by leaving it for 1 Day.

I got it to work and what I did was press the power button, let all fans/ components turn on, then unplug everything connected to usb ports. Then it booted normally

Try to open your Computer casing, unplug the Video CArd and RAM...if you can see the edge of the RAM and Video Card t
color "GOLD" try to scratch them using a pencil eraser.after that reconnect the Video Card and RAM and it works..SIMPLY easy ^_^

Try to open your Computer casing, unplug the Video CArd and RAM...if you can see the edge of the RAM and Video Card
