Computer Black Screen w/ app crashes and occasional BSOD

Hey forum. I've been having a problem for a while with my computer where I frequently black screen and then come back and either my game has crashed or background apps have crashed. I happen to have been through hell trying to repair this computer. I've been through several RMA's and buying new parts but I think I may have found the issue. Do you guys think it could be my power supply not sending enough wattage? I have taken the unit out at checked voltages for all rails but there was no show of an issue.
Though it has been a long time since a BSOD, here is the code.

System Specs-
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X w/Corsair H60
MB: Aorus B450I Pro WIFI
RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 3000
GPU: Zotac 1070Ti Amp
120GB SSD+1TB HDD
PSU: Corsair SF600

Also, here is a screenshot from Afterburner where it shows power limit and voltage limit reaching 1 at the same time as my game crashed.

Also I have ran Memtest for hours with no error and the computer has not crashed through a 2 hour test of Furmark.
