Question Computer black screens, then restarts.

So I recently just built a brand new pc and every so often when I am browsing the internet, the computer black screens. I can move my cursor around for a few seconds, but then it restarts. No BSOD just a black screen. I've tried moving outlets, but nothing is working. It usually does this once every four hours. All of the parts I've purchased are brand new.

CPU- Ryzen 5 3600
GPU- Radeon RX 5700XT
Motherboard- Asus B450-F STRIX
PSU- EVGA 650Bq
SSD- 1tb samsung 860 evo
RAM- 16gb Corsair DDR4- 3000mhz.

In windows event viewer, I'm getting this error:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

UPDATE: Just completed an "optional" drivers update on windows. It was titled "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display - 26.20.13002.133"

When I try to open Radeon ReLive, it will not open because of incompatible driver software.
Could it be that Radeon Relive is causing my computer to restart?
