Question Computer blacked blacked out and won't start

My computer randomly turned off in the middle of a game and I couldn't turn it back on so I searched stuff and I found a way to testy psu so I disconnected it and did the paperclip test and the fans didn't start so I replaced my psu and now it still won't start? Any suggestions? Also I tested the ram which works fine.

Also, now when I try to start it since I installed the new psu, it makes a clicking noise from the psu and my water cooling light flickers for a second
