Computer blue screening and FPS drops

Hi all,
So for the past few days my computer has been randomly having FPS lag spikes while playing games (I will usually run the games on 50-60 FPS but then every 10 seconds or so it will drop to about 10 FPS for 2 or 3 seconds) and its getting really annoying. Also, every so often the computer will have a massive lag spike and blue screen. On the blue screen, it tells me something about nvidia and my graphics card (GTX 650ti) which leads me to presume that my graphics card is getting old (I have had it or 4 years). So basically, I was hoping that you would clear up whether this could be a problem with my graphics card or whether it could be a trojan or something.

Did you already clean the fan(s) of the GPU? Seems to me as if your GPU is getting too hot, throttled, getting too hot again, throttled, etc.
