Computer Blue Screens...

Alright so bear with me. My Computer has been acting funky. Mainly blue screening sometimes or just hard shutting down and restarting. Before I go into any more detail let me list my specs.

Intel Core i7 920 OC 4.0GHz
Corsair H100
EVGA X58 758 SLI MB
12GB of Corsair RAM
Two GTX 275 in SLI
Corsair 850W PS

My drives:
OCZ Vertex SDD 120GB (Contains the OS and commonly used programs) {3 years old}
Two Seagate 750GB HDDs partitioned {3 years old}
First Partition: RAID0 (Contains Adobe CS5.5 and Media files)
Second Partition: RAID1 (Contains backup files created by Windows backup utility)

Now I've noticed a strange clicking noise every once and awhile for the past 2-3 months but haven't done anything. I have now had random shutdowns etc. I've tried right clicking the drives and properties>tools>check disk but the checks never finish on the HDDs as it typically reboots.

Are my partitions or RAIDs going bad? Is it the drives or SSD?

Thanks in advance.

Yes I did. I used memtest and memtest+ with no errors found.

I tried using SeaTools(seagate drives) and the long generic test failed and said something about bad sectors. It said if I ran SeaTools for DOS that it could fix this. I ran SeaTools for DOS and both the long and short test passed? I'm still confused about this. Anyways I tried formatting the drives to zeros but this caused the computer to freeze around 25% for the one and 55% completion for the other drive.

I went ahead and set up my RAID back up using the Windows hard drive tool instead of intel rapid storage tech. When I tried saving my windows backup to the RAID 1 it gave this blue screen:

I was able to write to the RAID 0 but I'm guessing I must not have hit the bad sectors?

I'm lost on what to do now.
