[SOLVED] Computer bluescreens after windows logo consistently

So first things first, water spilled on my computer. yes I'm an idiot for having it close enough moving on. The graphics card shorted out so that was replaced, then one morning it was extremely slow to start up (5+ minutes of windows logo) but ran as normal, then twelve hours later, after the windows logo on startup I'm greeted with a blue screen and SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. And it makes an infinite loop of attempting to restart. I attempted a clean install, but after selecting 64 bit, it loads the files and shows the windows logo and then the same error. Same with booting into safe mode. Basically after any instance of the windows logo it blue screens with the same error

Please check if your RAM sticks are OK. If possible, try using one at a time to isolate the issue.

You may also want to Clear CMOS for Your Computer and see if it helps.

Hard Resetting Your Laptop might also do the trick.
