Hello,
this is my system
MB: GIGABYTE H410M S2H V3
CPU: Intel I3-10100
SSD: Patriot P300
8gb RAM
Windows 11 Pro

When I turn on my computer, the cooler starts spinning, but the screen remains black, and there's no sound from the motherboard. To start the computer properly, I have to turn it off using the power button, unplug the power cable, then plug it back in, and only after that, the computer starts up normally. I have to go through this process every time before booting. Do you know what could be causing this issue? I've tried replacing the power supply, but the problem persists.

If you have any suggestions or need more information, please let me know. Thank you.

This fault seems like it's related to a bios issue, overclocking can cause this, faulty ones, unplugging the powercable to make it boot normally foritfies my conclusion to this as well as the power circuit is reset and makes it boot normally again.

This is what you can do:
CMOS Bios reset, should be a button on the back of your motherboard that looks like two arrows in a circle, marked as CMOS Reset (Do not mistake it with BIOS Reset) that one puts your bios version back to the default, including your bios settings. If you do not have these buttons at hand at the back of the motherboard, it might be inside, if you can't locate it, check your motherboards manual.

Or you can do it the old fashion way, unplug your power, and take out the CMOS Battery inside the motherboard, wait a couple of minutes, replug the battery, and you should be good to go.

But before you try all that, unplug your powercable, and all the USBS attached, put the PSU power button to 0 (off) then hold the powerbutton on your computer case for 20 seconds, then try to plug in only the power, keyboard and mosue, see if the problem still persists after you repeat what you do to get the problem to appear.

If the problem is gone, then add only one peripheral at a time, one USB at a time and trouble shoot it that way. External Harddrives can cause the issue you're facing as well, and any other USBS.

I did reset CMOS, but still the same, if I reset PC it wont turn on, just black screen.
