[SOLVED] Computer Boot issues. Help please

Had my niece over and she was downloading a bunch of things on the wife's laptop and now it takes forever too boot up and when it does it boots to the screen provided in the photos. Any help would be appriciated. When I unlock it it asks for pin and then signs in but doesnt want to open anything I click on without taking forever when I alt control del to bring up the task manager it goes to a similar comand prompt box

Either at a command prompt, or run command in windows, type msconfig . https://thegeekpage.com/msconfig-windows-10/ This will take you to the System Configuration utility. Click the boot tab and clear any check boxes under Advanced. Then click the General tab and click on Normal. Click apply and reboot.
