Computer boot problems? (SOLVED) by USER

I just bought a new motherboard and swapped it for my old one. I noticed my old one had the same issue that when the computer would boot it would just stay black screen then it boot straight to login screen. I have tried spamming Del to get into bios, but the computer just will not boot at that point everything will be running, but nothing displays. If I just let it boot it takes maybe 10 seconds to fully boot It doesn't bother me too much but I am worried a little, since I have not been able to configure my bios settings with the new motherboard.. I also recently got a new PSU aswell since my old one died.

CPU: Intel I7 6700k - not overclocked (was intimidated)
Motherboard: Asus - Z170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
RAM: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
CPU cooler: Hyper 212 EVO
Video Card: GTX 1070 founders edition
Power Supply: SeaSonic - 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX
Hard drive: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
SSD: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Operating System: windows 8.1 pro.

Hold down SHIFT + CTRL and click restart. Then Troubleshoot -> Advanced Options -> Change UEFI settings

Brad I tried that just now and my computer came on but nothing displayed and the motherboard light is on now?

OKAY I fixed the issue, I used the Bios Jumper to reset bios. I found this using my manual this allowed my computer to boot properly, and allow me to setup my bios settings for the new motherboard!
