I've had good help from here in the past so I am hoping someone can help me resolve my issue because I am completely stuck at the moment. Essentially my computer seems to be booting up but there's nothing on the monitor. I made a video showing the situation here:

I also tried booting with both HDMI and DP, none of which worked.
PC specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (CPU)
Gigabyte GTX 1060 Windforce (GPU)
MSI Tomahawk B450 (Motherboard
2x Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM
Case: NZXT S340 Mid-Tower
