I was doing some standard maintenance
I just unplugged everything turn off the psu and dusted some stuff off and cleaned and reapplied thermal compound.
Put all the plugs back in turned the psu back on and turned it on and it turned off...then repeats it also is very random timing when it turns off sometimes I can see the codes on the screen but then again sometimes it doesn't show a signal
I have heard that it could be the psu which I really hope it isn't

Core i5 2500k
4gb of G.Skill ram
Msi gtx 670
Corsair CS550m

There is no 4 pin connector but there is a six pin and a bunch of fan connectors

I posted them in my original post
I really cant find anything that is unplugged

EDIT: Now after I given it a few more tries it booted and showed me that some values were changed (I took the bios battery out) and it said
f1 to setup
f2 to continue

I hit f2 and it shutdown and restarted again!
I really hate bios stuff

You may have to start from scratch again. I know it's not what you want to hear, but you may want to take a different approach this time.

Only plug in the vitals at first. Leave out anything unnecessary (GPU, extra RAM sticks, sound card). Try this, and if it works with just the bare minimum, add things one at a time until you find the culprit.

Another possibility could be the thermal paste. If a CPU overheats quickly, the system will shutdown/restart. Verify that you didn't put too much, or too little.

Sorry I didnt reply on this forum but it eventually started up and i could boot (3rd try taking out the battery and putting it back in) So everything is at default value so i will have to change all of that but it works so i am happy
Thank you for your help

No problem. Glad it works now.
