Computer booting up for ~10 seconds then shutting off

I’ve looked on countless threads about this issue and I cannot seem to find a solution to mine. I recently bought a new motherboard (B250M-DS3H), two 8gb sticks of ram (Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400) and a new cooler (Cooler GeminII M4). I have a Corsair 750M power supply and a Gtx 1070 and an i7 7700k. Every time I boot on the computer it turns off in around 10 seconds. All fans are spinning, and it doesn’t POST.

Did you apply new thermal paste when you re-installed the CPU cooler?

Did you buy two single sticks, or a 2 x 8gb kit?
Ram must be matched.
Try testing using a single stick.

Yes I applied thermal paste.

I bought two Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400's seperately. Even then, I ran it with only one in and it still gives the same error.
