Computer boots and goes to desktop, but only GPU fans spin, CPU fan doesnt spin and neither do case fans.

Trying to figure out whats wrong. Im not sure how this happened, but nothing seems to get the fans spinning.
I have a R9 280x, AMD Fx 8350, and 16gbs of RAM
