So I bought a new motherboard (ASUS B550M-A) and processor (Ryzen 5 5600x). I installed them, which was a first for me, and after a bunch of frustration, everything is working! The only issue is that when I start my computer, I don't see the bios screen, it just boots directly into Windows 10. If I press delete, I just get an endless blank screen, so I am thinking that the boot is going through the bios process, but my monitor is not displaying it for some reason.

Any thoughts on what's causing this and what could fix it? It's not really a major problem, the only reason it even came up is that I was investigating whether I can upgrade to Windows 11.
