Recently bought a computer from cyberpower, computer boots but monitor says "no display". Monitor and HDMI/DVI cords work because I tried it on my other build. Also tried plugging into the GPU and motherboard. Still no display. Can anyone please help?

GPU is fully seated, I've removed it and re-seated it into the motherboard. As for debug LED's I am not too sure if the motherboard has one. I have been connected HDMI straight to the HDMI port, DVI to the DVI port, and a displayport adapter to HDMI from the GPU and have tried connecting the DVI and HDMI from the motherboard ports.
