Question Computer boots into bios while the HDD is recognized. Why?

Bios recognizes HDD, but wont boot and it goes right back into the bios each time i select it. I had Windows 10 previously installed on this drive so I dont know why it isn't booting to windows. Also I already have tried reinstalling windows, resetting bios settings, checking SATA cables, and windows repair options but nothing seems to be working. Please help

Check and/or replace CMOS battery, may be flat or weak and CMOS forgets BIOS settings.

Hey thank u for the reply but I’ve tried this already too, I may just purchase another hard drive and see if the other one boots
