Computer boots, no display tho.

New computer build won't display to monitor. All the lights and fans and the GPU are lighting up fine, the CPU fan too. There aren't any error lights on either PLEASE HELP!

I also tried booting windows, but when I stuck that into the USB port, still no display, and also now the power button wouldn't turn off computer unless it's held. When USB is gone so is this issue, but still no display to monitor.

you see a lock on the side of pci slot. when graphics card is inserted it locks. most of the time it doesn't work so you have to do it after inserting the card

its locked and in all the way. There isnt an error light on for the Graphics device. The graphics device is turned on and the fans are working too
