Computer boots up, shows black screen

There is no mouse, nothing, just a black screen on the monitor, no BIOS. Peripherals don't register and don't get any power (keyboard, mouse) My CPU is slightly bent but it fits nicely in the socket and none of the pins are bent. I checked everything else and they all work. I have no clue how to check if my CPU is working or not. It is an i5 6500.

Hmm replace the CPU thats what I would do.
Your vendor will replace it fast if it was just like that on arrival.
It looks like there is no contact between the socket pins and the CPU.
