Computer broken please help

Ok so about a week ago my computer stopped working it is just saying we ran in to a problem and then goes to try and fix it but it does not work I manged to get the stuff I need of it but when I tried to factory reset it it is like we ran into a problem blah blah blah I can't go on to windows how do I fix my computer please help

I would try a fresh install since you copied everything you want off PC, and reset isn't working.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you reach screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 should auto activate on install.
